Benefits include a share purchase program, profit sharing, wellness credits, training and development programs, and flexible work schedules and locations.</p><p>Our CGI Winnipeg office is looking for an accomplished, client-facing Project Manager to lead all elements of a project, from initiation through to post-implementation, and who can coordinate more than one project at a time, as the need arises, depending on the maturity / complexity level of the project(s). The Project Manager must have experience handling SAP projects.</p><h3>Your future duties and responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensuring the effective delivery of project activities, within the approved scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, including promoting client collaboration on the resolution of any disputes or issues that arise during the project.</li><li>Facilitating the definition of clear and attainable project objectives.</li><li>Managing project financials and budget to ensure expected project margin / profitability is met.</li><li>Maintaining the healthy management of your project by mitigating risks and defining resolution plans for addressing issues.</li><li>Assisting in the preparation of proposals in conjunction with sales and delivery as required.</li><li>Developing detailed statements of work, estimates, and work schedules.</li><li>Mentoring team members and junior Project Managers.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience</li><li>PMP designation, Scrum Master certification (desired)</li></ul><h3>Required qualifications</h3><ul><li>10+ years managing large-scale, complex projects in a complex, multi-geographical environment</li><li>10+ years of Project Management experience</li><li>Experience leading Agile development projects, Scrum Master experience</li><li>Experience managing SAP projects</li><li>Experience managing cloud implementations</li><li>PMI certification</li><li>Demonstrated success establishing and maintaining Executive-level relationships</li><li>Strong oral, written, and presentation skills</li></ul><h3>Attributes</h3><ul><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven ability to be successful while managing multiple priorities</li><li>Ability to perform successfully under limited supervision</li><li>Strong problem solving and decision-making</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Energy</li><li>Project Management</li><li>SCRUM</li></ul></p>
