We focus on creating a healthier, thriving future with an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back-of-house (BOH) product operations, and ensure both the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized. The Product Operations Lead provides input to team member performance evaluations, makes recommendations on store hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts. They also oversee and deliver a world-class guest experience when scheduled to work on the floor.</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.</li><li>Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.</li><li>Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).</li><li>Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive shift atmosphere.</li><li>Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and guest product availability.</li><li>Review daily business data to inform actions, including sell-through analysis and pricing recommendations for outlets.</li><li>Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.</li><li>Provide direct feedback and coaching to support learning and development; recognize good performance and demonstrate hands-on guidance.</li><li>Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment with supportive working relationships.</li><li>As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class guest experience.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><h3>Eligibility</h3><ul><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.</li><li>Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.</li></ul><h3>Schedule & Availability</h3><ul><li>Work schedule varies based on store needs.</li><li>Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>During peak times or special events, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>At least 1 year of work experience.</li><li>Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish tasks.</li><li>Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.</li></ul><h3>Assets (Nice to Have)</h3><ul><li>Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher.</li><li>Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics.</li><li>For experiential stores serving food/beverage: food safety and/or liquor service certification.</li></ul><h3>What We Look For</h3><ul><li>Inclusion & Diversity: builds an inclusive environment that values differences.</li><li>Integrity: acts with honesty and fairness.</li><li>Adaptability/Agility: handles uncertainty and shifts priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Leadership: demonstrates the ability to lead, inspire, and develop others.</li><li>Collaboration & Teamwork: works productively with others toward common goals.</li><li>Decision Making & Problem Solving: identifies improvements and makes timely, effective decisions.</li><li>Planning & Organizing: plans and organizes work to align with priorities.</li><li>Interactive Communication: communicates effectively with others.</li></ul><h3>Work Context</h3><ul><li>Work may involve moving through the store, including front-of-house areas with bright lights and music or back-of-house areas with limited light.</li><li>Typically team-based but may be independent; use of computers or other devices as needed.</li><li>Occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use of ladders may be required.</li></ul><h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3><p>Base Pay Range: $22.75 - $26.17/hour (subject to local minimum wage)</p><p>Target Bonus: $2.00/hour</p><p>Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.75 - $28.17/hour</p><p>lululemon offers a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
