Join a design services company at the forefront of global technology and innovation where the products you help build are used around the world.</span></p><p><strong><span >Your next chapter starts here.</span></strong></p><p ></p><p><span >Your responsibilities will include:</span></p><p><span >• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.</span></p><p><span >• Oversee data migration activities using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.</span></p><p><span >• Lead and manage technical delivery for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, and related areas.</span></p><p><span >• Design and develop integrations using HCM Extract, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and REST/SOAP APIs.</span></p><p><span >• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RICEF components: Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, and Fast Formulas.</span></p><p><span >• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.</span></p><p><span >• Participate in release management, system upgrades, and patch testing.</span></p><p><span >• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and enhancement submissions.</span></p><p><span >• Support integrations with third-party applications (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms, recruiting tools).</span></p><p><span >• Create and maintain technical documentation for reports, integrations, and formulas.</span></p><p><span >• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice development.</span></p>
