<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Development Planner role in Toronto GTA with a developer or planning consultancy. Manage multiple aspects of the municipal approvals process. Experience in the GTA within planning coordination.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Coordinate planning approvals and act as team lead to manage consultants</li><li>Create and organize requests for proposals related to municipal applications</li><li>Review consultant reports and design work</li><li>Provide input as needed</li><li>Liaise with Municipal Staff in all departments related to development</li><li>Manage all permit applications</li><li>Provide input into building design</li><li>Coordinate comments with the construction group</li><li>Create budgets and monitor compliance</li></ul><h3>What you will get out of it</h3><p>Our client is a growing Developer with offices in North York area of Toronto, with a growing portfolio of mid-rise and commercial projects proposed and in development.
