A typical day for you will include :

Reporting to the District Manager, Fairstone Branch Managers are responsible for:

  • Leading the overall success of the branch by maintaining and optimizing branch profitability.
  • Growing the business by developing new opportunities and supporting client acquisition through multiple channels.
  • Creating a best-in-class customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • Implementing a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent.
  • Driving accountability and coaching team members to achieve operational, developmental, and customer experience goals.
  • Leading change initiatives and ensuring relevant information is communicated to teams.
  • Ensuring high employee engagement and developing individual development plans.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client information and adhering to privacy policies.
  • Acting as a Fairstone ambassador in local communities and projecting a positive company image.

Exigences :

  • Preferably a college diploma (B.Sc. or B.A. with coursework in business).
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in sales within the financial sector (preferably consumer credit) or management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with employees, managers, and clients at all levels.
  • Proven verbal and written communication and listening skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Flexible schedule ability in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities.
