Together, they create, perfect, and launch products for both professional and everyday makeup users. The brand aims to make consumers feel confident in their skin and offers versatile products to create any look.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking experienced Sales, Artistry, and Education Executives in key US cities to enhance service at Sephora, boost US sales, and increase brand awareness. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience within Sephora, with backgrounds in sales, education, artistry, and management. The role focuses on key retail moments, with a schedule primarily Tuesday through Saturday, involving extensive in-store and consumer-facing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive retail sales in designated stores and develop in-store partnerships.
  • Conduct in-store visits, events, and training sessions to increase brand awareness.
  • Meet sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Train Beauty Advisors (BAs) and Lead Beauty Advisors (LBAs) during visits.
  • Prioritize key shopping moments and adhere to a Tuesday-Saturday work schedule.
  • Demonstrate Patrick Ta artistry techniques to reinforce brand heritage and points of difference.
  • Plan and execute weekly events, exceeding monthly goals.
  • Manage secondary/travel markets and oversee larger territories with freelance teams.
  • Develop retailer relationships and increase revenue in key categories.
  • Lead by example in sales, training, and artistry.
  • Recruit, hire, and train freelance support teams.
  • Participate in special events and training sessions.
  • Provide consumer insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate store fixture updates with operations teams.
  • Implement retailer programs and promotions within budget.
  • Manage freelance support schedules and some travel within the territory.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mandatory cosmetics industry experience and artistry skills.
  • At least 3 years of cosmetic sales experience in a multi-brand retail environment.
  • Experience as an Account Coordinator or Sales Leader with market responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership and management success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented, passionate about Patrick Ta Beauty, proactive, and organized.
  • Self-motivated with leadership abilities to mentor large freelance teams.
  • Strong sales track record in cosmetics.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to travel within the territory.
  • Effective multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to set clear goals and priorities.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
