Nous avons des postes qui vous permettront de consolider vos acquis et de faire avancer votre carrière au prochain niveau.Description du posteYard Crew employees are responsible for stacking skids and maintaining the cleanliness of the inside of UPS trailers and surrounding work areas.Job Type: Part-Time PermanentWork Location: 12424 Dixie Road, Caledon ON L7C 2L8Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Must be available to work all 5 days), Monday to Friday 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM(Flexibility with start and finish times required based on operational needs) *Shift Duration: 3-5 hours per day  ** We have multiple shifts, start and end times may vary based on work volume and operational demands **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Adhere to and follow the company-established safety rules and procedures
* Learn and properly execute company-established package handling methods
* Stack skids and clean the inside of company trailers
* Maintain the surrounding work areas
* Checking every equipment in the yard to verify its content. Includes 5-ton vehiclesREQUIREMENTS:* Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
* Full availability to work Monday to Friday (all five days of the week)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
* Comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles
* Capability to operate machinery related to the position
* No prior warehouse experience requiredCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:* Pay rate of $17.75/hr.
* Unionized position with automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement (top rate of $28.71/hr. after 48 months of service
* Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester (subject to eligibility, program approval, and satisfactory academic performance)

* Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit- Every Friday

* 2 weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of service (3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, and 6 weeks after 25 years)
