We are seeking skilled and experienced Radiology Technologists with strong competency in both X-Ray and CT (Computed Tomography) imaging to join our medical imaging team on a contract basis. About the Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced Radiology Technologists with strong competency in both X-Ray and CT (Computed Tomography) imaging to join our medical imaging team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including general radiography and CT scans in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients during diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate image interpretation
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and image archiving
• Adhere to radiation safety practices, infection control procedures, and hospital policies
• Demonstrate flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (e.g., CMRTO or equivalent)
• Certification in Radiological Technology with qualifications in both General X-Ray and CT Imaging
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in both X-Ray and CT
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality and care
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of shift rotations and changing patient needs
