We want you to join All Terrain Property Maintenance Inc as our Winter Operations Manager.</p><p>About Us:</p><p>All Terrain Property Maintenance Inc, a leader in commercial snow and ice management, is seeking two exceptional Winter Operations Managers to oversee and optimize our large-scale winter operations. This is a critical leadership role managing Operators + sites with complex logistics, snowfall unpredictability, and high client expectations.<br />We are a growing company managing commercial snow removal client route during the winter season. We focus on trust, diligence, logic, and consistency to deliver top-tier service.</p><p>Your Role:<br />Reporting to the General Manager and CEO you will:</p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate snow dispatch for multiple crews and routes across a large client portfolio.</li><li>Develop and execute daily and seasonal plans ensuring timely, reliable snow and ice services.</li><li>Use your excellent judgment and systems approach to manage weather unpredictability and operational challenges.</li><li>Track, analyze, and utilize operational metrics to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Coach and empower crews to uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and client service.</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and leadership.</li><li>Leverage technology and proven best practices to improve processes and team performance.</li></ul><p>What We Value:</p><ul><li>Trustworthy, diligent, logical, consistent, and coachable leadership</li><li>Growth mindset aligned with LeanScapers operational principles</li><li>Ability to manage coaching and performance in a dynamic, fast-paced winter environment</li></ul><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of management experience in winter snow and ice removal</li><li>Proven record of leadership with strong operational focus and problem solving</li><li>A consistent leadership style that drives accountability and team success</li><li>Comfortable managing all aspects of winter operations including dispatch, quality assurance, and client service</li><li>A seasoned winter operations leader with hands-on experience managing large snow operations (10+ crews, 100+ sites ideal).</li><li>Passionate about process, systems, and continuous operational improvement.</li><li>A decisive problem solver with common sense, strong teamwork, and self-starting grit.</li><li>Comfortable leading diverse teams through demanding winter conditions, setting a high bar for reliability and quality.</li><li>Familiarity with industry tools like LMN, routing software, and dispatch platforms is a plus.<br /></li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Seasonal contract: October 15 through April 15</li><li>Company truck, cell phone, and laptop</li><li>Competitive benefits package</li></ul><p>If you are ready to lead a high-performing winter operations team with integrity and focus, we want to hear from you.
