This role will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, sorting, packing, and shipping.</li><li>Schedule and train the workforce efficiently.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.</li><li>Lead and manage warehouse projects, including PMO project management efforts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li>Achieve all KPIs including productivity, PPH (Pieces Per Hour), UPH (Units Per Hour), and cost per unit.</li><li>Maintain quality assurance by meeting all quality metrics.</li><li>Manage inventory control, planning, and cycle counts.</li><li>Manage departmental P&L and control costs.</li><li>Develop and mentor warehouse teams to maximize their contributions.</li><li>Support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.</li><li>Perform data analysis to improve productivity and cost efficiency.</li><li>Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to reduce errors and defects.</li><li>Understand end-to-end supply chain processes, be able to use WMS, TMS and other tools to manage the day-to-day operations.</li><li>Plan daily labor needs including 3PL and temporary labor.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in logistics management, business management, or related fields would be an asset.</li><li>Over 8 years of work experience in warehouse and logistics management including 2+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of experience in working with 3PL.</li><li>Experience in health and safety management is a mandatory requirement.</li><li>Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency.</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.</li><li>Licensed Forklift and reach truck operator.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Word and Excel).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>SHEIN is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment.</b></p><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
