You will manage the relationship between Moneris and Moneris’ hardware vendors and middleware partners. You will lead the strategic direction with these external partners and provide the partner’s perspective to influence Moneris’ product roadmaps (This includes both current vendors and potential vendors). You will oversee daily communication with Moneris’ hardware vendors and middleware partners to ensure terminal/hardware purchases take place, repair and warranty obligations are met, technical and product support is provided, and regular business reviews occur.Your Moneris Career – What you’ll do* Be the primary contact for hardware and terminal vendors and manage related partner inquiries.
