At RALLY, we are looking for Territory Sales Representatives to bring our solutions directly to communities across Toronto and Calgary. This is a part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week) with flexible shifts - ideal for those who want to build a rewarding sales career while balancing other commitments. This position will have some evening work, in many locations across Calgary, Alberta.</p><p><br /></p><p>What Youll Do</p><ul><li>Engage & Educate: Connect with residents and property managers, distribute marketing materials, and share the latest promotions.</li><li>Drive Sales: Deliver demos, presentations, and generate new leads through outreach, cold calling, and online prospecting.</li><li>Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Stay Informed: Maintain knowledge of telecom products, services, and consumer IoT trends.</li><li>Report & Improve: Track your daily interactions, update accounts, and share client feedback with leadership.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>What Were Looking For</p><p>Wed love to meet you if you:</p><ul><li>Have at least 1 year of B2C sales experience</li><li>Previous experience in telecommunications an asset</li><li>Speak a second language (preferred)</li><li>Are tech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn</li><li>Are outgoing, reliable, and organized</li><li>Thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments</li><li>Have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle</li><li>Can work evenings (48PM), weekends (115PM), and some holidays</li></ul><p></p><p>Why Work at RALLY?</p><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commissions</li><li>Monthly phone allowance and mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid training and ongoing sales support</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li><li>Employee discounts on RALLY services</li></ul><p></p><p>At RALLY, we believe in empowering our team members to succeed.
