This position will have the opportunity to work from home / remotely within Burnaby, BC. This position will work in collaboration with BC’s Health Authorities. With our Health Authority partners, we are focused on delivering better outcomes for patients in BC, through the continuous improvement of services to clinical and healthcare support end users. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Client Delivery Executive and working closely with WEST account team leadership, this role is responsible for strategy development, implementation planning, and execution of the Technology Refresh Program and related projects, including: • Defining strategy, work plans, resource requirements, timelines, and budgets for Technical Refresh Program and related projects. • Managing overall planning, direction, prioritization, and delivery of services/projects in a manner aligned with the client’s expectations and NTT DATA’s business needs. • Ensuring appropriate resources are hired, trained and performance-managed. • Managing delivery of multiple service enhancements provided to the client. • Ongoing and timely communications of program/project status to senior account and customer leadership. Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Technology, Business or related discipline. • 10 years of relevant service, project and/or program management experience. • 5 years of experience managing service, project and/or program portfolios with >$10M annual budget. • 5 years of experience leading matrixed teams of >50 people across multiple organizations or business units. • Demonstrated experience implementing change management across complex projects, programs, and/or portfolios. • Experience implementing systems to monitor and report on services/projects and/or program performance. • Expert understanding of IT project management principles and techniques. • Expert ability to identify, develop, and implement corrective action plans. • Expert facilitation and communication skills.
