At Wainbee, we offer training and support to help you thrive in your position.Position: Technical Sales RepresentativeRegions you will be working in: Hamilton, Brandford, Niagara Falls, Oakville, Milton Grimsby, Brantford, Golden horseshoe region, Kitchener, waterloo, Guelph.Schedule: 8:30am- 5:00pm / 40 hours per week (Must follow client hours of work).Salary: Starts at $75,000 annually (depending on experience) with Sales compensation packageResponsibilitiesRespond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.Consistently exceed revenue and gross margin targets for the territory.Establish ambitious territory objectives centered around solution selling and maximizing.In-deep understanding of key territory markets and Wainbee products/solutions with the goal of developing markets/accounts.Schedule/participate in regular calls and maintain a close relationship with primary and complementary vendors.Analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly pre-performances.Generate and manage qualified leads and opportunities.Prepare, understand, and present project proposals.Follow up on quotes with the intention of converting the quote to an order.Keep CRM up to date with opportunities, activities, quote status and customer contact information.To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:Valid driver’s license to drive by car to visit client sites.Certificate/Diploma of Collegial Studies in a related discipline (technical and/or commercial, Mechanical).3-5 years of Experience working in industrial Sales.Knowledge in Hydraulic, pneumatics, Fluid connector and Motion control (Asset).Strong communication skills (Verbal and written).Able to work in a fast-paced environment.If you have the passion to take on new challenges, APPLY NOW!
