<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Talent Pool - Digital Performance Marketing Manager</p><p>We’re Ratehub, a Canadian fintech on a mission to be the one-stop shop for all financial needs of the consumer. We are looking for the right people to join us and help drive growth.</p><p>We are seeking a full-time Digital Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer and revenue growth. This role is integral to scaling member acquisition through optimization and experimentation across paid media channels, and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate is a Paid Marketing Subject Matter Expert—creative, analytical, results-driven, and self-motivated with a passion for high-quality work and optimization of paid campaigns.</p><p>This posting is to build a pipeline for a future Digital Performance Marketing Manager position; we are not actively recruiting for the role right now but want to connect with individuals interested in a future opportunity of this nature.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, execute, and manage the paid marketing program for Ratehub.ca and its multiple business units (Mortgages, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Banking) to drive brand, lead, and revenue growth.</li><li>Set up, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) in alignment with strategy, budget, and performance targets. Campaigns may include: Prospecting, Retargeting, Remarketing, Lookalike audiences.</li><li>Develop and implement reporting, dashboards, and analytics to measure and drive campaign performance and ROI across digital channels (including customer lifetime value, marketing performance, promotions and campaign tracking, ad performance, social media engagement when applicable to paid campaigns).</li><li>Perform research, analyses, and testing to shape and optimize marketing strategy.</li><li>Monitor competitors to develop benchmarks, identify trends, and drive qualified audiences.</li><li>Continuously test and optimize landing pages and ad copy to improve performance.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot declines in campaign performance and implement improvements.</li><li>Share learnings, best practices, and guidance across the marketing team; collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Analytics to ensure tracking integrations (GA4, Google Tag Manager) are correctly implemented and maintained, and test new paid opportunities as appropriate.</li></ul><h3>YOUR QUALIFICATIONS</h3><ul><li>5+ years experience executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns — required.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics — required.</li><li>Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, WordPress CMS.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodology, writing ad copy and developing creative assets.</li><li>Ability to make data-driven decisions by interpreting and analyzing data; proficient with Google Sheets/Excel and analytics dashboards.</li><li>Comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization using Google Slides/PowerPoint.</li><li>Post-secondary education in a related discipline; we value intelligence and potential.</li><li>Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to join a fast-growing organization.</li><li>Interest in personal finance is a bonus; strong team player with effective communication in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3>CULTURE FIT</h3><ul><li>Members first: prioritize member needs and satisfaction; start with members and end with the P&L.</li><li>Growth mindset: ambitious goals, accountability, and responsible risk-taking.</li><li>Better together: One team with a common goal, support each other to achieve results.</li><li>Run after problems: tackle problems head-on and seek solutions with a data-driven approach.</li><li>Measure, Learn, Iterate, Innovate: focus on getting things done, measure what matters, and iterate to innovate.</li></ul><h3>JOB PERKS</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary; remote-first organization with flexibility to work anywhere in Canada.</li><li>Flexible hours.</li><li>Benefits package with no employee contribution required.</li><li>Perks: RRSP matching, training allowance, and team socials (remote and in-person).</li></ul><p>Ratehub welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
