Your Moneris Career – The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help build the teams supporting Moneris’ vision and objectives. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and provide subject matter expertise on attracting and engaging talent by developing recruitment strategies, and managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Your Moneris Career – What you’ll do

  • You will lead the hiring process, including hiring strategy, recruitment cycle timing, guidance on best practices and compensation recommendations

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and be an ambassador for Moneris’ employee value proposition

  • Use proactive sourcing techniques to identify and attract talent, this includes direct sourcing, database talent pipelining and establishing and nurturing talent communities

  • Assess candidates to determine their fit with the requirements of the role and Moneris’ values

  • Manage the interview process, including coordinating interview panels, updating the ATS and providing feedback to candidates.

  • Present and negotiate offer packages with prospective candidates

  • Participate in outreach recruitment strategies including career fairs, co-op and campus programs

  • Improve recruitment functionality, efficiency and productivity by sharing best practices and ideas

Your Moneris Career – What you bring

  • 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience

  • Experience with sourcing, engaging and hiring top talent

  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering timely results

  • Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers to achieve organizational goals

  • Experience creating win-win resolutions through integrative negotiation tactics

  • Experience using an ATS to document and manage the candidate journey (We use Workday )
