<p><h3>Overview</h3></br><p>Supervisor, Fund Accounting - Real Assets</p></br><p>Citco is a leading provider in asset servicing, with a history dating back to 1948. This role is part of Fund Administration, supporting the Real Assets fund services and related operational activities.</p></br><h3>Responsibilities</h3></br><ul></br><li>Complete and review operational deliverables in line with client Service Level Agreements.</li></br><li>Act as central point of contact for clients.</li></br><li>Assist Operations Manager in allocation of work to staff, workflow processes and improvements.</li></br><li>Assist staff with their work as needed and prepare more complex deliverables.</li></br><li>Resolve issues with clients and ensure client deadlines are met.</li></br><li>Support open-ended fund teams with AXI allocation needs.</li></br><li>Liaise with external parties (auditors, legal counsel, investors).</li></br></ul></br><h3>Review and Reporting</h3></br><ul></br><li>Review quarterly/monthly reports and working papers, including cash and position reconciliations, expense accruals, and dividends/interest accruals (if applicable).</li></br><li>Process all capital activity for funds (capital calls and distributions).</li></br><li>Manage Limited Partner and General Partner/Shareholder allocations, including admin/management fees, waterfall, and clawback calculations.</li></br><li>Prepare or review trial balances, financial statements, footnotes, and Partner Capital Statements.</li></br><li>Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables; ensure timely preparation of reports and working papers.</li></br><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient information flow; support client migrations and conversions.</li></br><li>Participate in backup schedules for financial statements and related disclosures.</li></br><li>Contribute to process improvement projects and technology initiatives, including involvement with Yardi (Voyager 7s) as the core Real Assets software platform.</li></br></ul></br><h3>About You</h3></br><ul></br><li>Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting (professional designation preferred).</li></br><li>CPA or equivalent designation is a plus; experience toward CPA is acceptable.</li></br><li>5+ years of public/private real estate accounting experience.</li></br><li>Experience supervising or coaching staff.</li></br><li>Experience reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements.</li></br><li>Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.</li></br><li>Experience with Limited Partnership accounting is a plus.</li></br><li>Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).</li></br><li>Knowledge of MRI, Yardi, or Investran is a plus.</li></br></ul></br><h3>Benefits</h3></br><p>Your well-being is important.
