Summer Painter: No Experience Required

Are you looking for a summer job where you can work outside and make great money? We are hiring Painters and Crew Chiefs for the 2023 Summer Both positions are full-time summer jobs and can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company. Workplace Culture: -Fast-paced, fun environment -Hands-on experience in customer service and communication -Work outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people -Working with friends is encouraged, so apply together if you wish -Training is provided, so no experience is necessary Position Descriptions: Painter: This role is a fun but incredibly challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money reflective of their efforts. The ideal individual is hard-working, coachable and has effective communication skills. You will sometimes be required to work at heights or for long hours in warm weather, so needless to say endurance is also an asset. Crew Chief: In addition to painting, in this role you would gain experience in leadership and management skills. You would take on additional responsibilities for additional pay. This would include moving ladders, making trips to the paint store, motivating your team, solving client issues, training additional painters, and managing other tasks on job sites. Requirements: -Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer -Must have own transportation (job site locations change frequently and can change mid-day) -Manual labour and ladder work are required -Must be able to work full-time from May through August Benefits: -Starting rate of 18.50$. Raises based on proven skill after the start date. -Bonuses will depend on performance.
