Job description
The manager, with a good sense of organization, is in charge of leading the team to achieve the store’s sales objectives, while being involved in recruitment, training and development. Passionate about fashion, he/she will be able to express a good knowledge of the product and trends.
A good motivator and communicator, he/she will know how to develop and evaluate his team in order to maximize their potential so as to offer excellent customer service. Creative and innovative, he/she will bring a touch of originality to the visual presentation of the store.
With a good sense of leadership, he/she knows how to solve problems in a positive way. He/She must ensure that the procedures and policies of the company are applied and respected.
