As a Shift Manager with cleo you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store. As a member of the management team you will help to lead all aspects of the store’s business and support day to day operations.

How You’ll Contribute


Shift Managers are responsible for supporting day to day store operations including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership in the absence of their store manager or assistant manager.

A Shift Manager is also responsible for providing amazing customer experiences and demonstrating strong selling skills.
Ensure every customer receives outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
Drive customer loyalty by introducing our loyalty program to all customers
Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer focused sales associates
Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties, in conjunction with/or in the absence of management
Participating in merchandising, marketing and visual presentation according to our standards and directives
Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
Providing supervision to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results
Creating a positive work environment that embodies our values

Who You Are
Experienced retail associate who is able to motivate, train and coach others to success
Has excellent sales skills and is committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences
Interested in fashion and has an eye for style
Committed to teamwork and can apply our philosophy that “none of us is as good as all of us”
Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
Has flexible availability; shift managers can work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
