<p>As a Senior Plant Manager at Honeywell, you will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our designated site. You will oversee production and logistics processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. Collaboration with cross-functional leadership, implementation of strategic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain will be key responsibilities.</p><p>Your decisions and strategies will directly influence production efficiency and product delivery, contributing to the company's success. By optimizing productivity, ensuring quality, and fostering continuous improvement, you will support the growth and sustainability of the business. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a high-performing team will help create a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.</p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Oversee and integrate production and inventory management processes.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to optimize the entire supply chain.</li><li>Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and make data-driven planning recommendations.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations.</li><li>Streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and cut costs.</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other departments for alignment.</li><li>Establish and monitor KPIs for the supply chain.</li><li>Prepare and present reports to senior management on achievements and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold quality standards.</li></ul><p>The Honeywell building operates within a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.</p><p>The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000-165,000.
