To support our growth, we are searching for an exceptional Senior Change Manager to join us.

As part of a growing and well respected team, you’ll work with clients in the public, healthcare, and private sectors. You’ll collaborate with a seasoned team of professionals with backgrounds in project management, change management, service design, risk management and technology, and ‘lived’ experience, who have your back and value your contributions. 

What We’re Looking For

As a Mara Senior Change Manager, you’ll bring a broad set of skills, knowledge and experience in change management and related areas like leadership, risk management and stakeholder management.

You will deliver change plans, communication & training strategies, risk assessments and reporting mechanisms that provide meaningful guidance to clients as they introduce new technologies and business solutions.

You’ll have exceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate and apply appropriate change management methodologies clearly, in a way that adds value to our clients. As a self-starter who is detail-oriented and flexible, you will take on various types of projects based on the priorities of the firm and our clients.

In all the work that you do, you will be encouraged to think creatively and resourcefully. As a complement to our existing team members, we are looking for that special person who is energetic and fun-loving, but serious about the work.

We’d like to hear from you if you bring:

·        A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science or related discipline.

·        More than 7 years of relevant experience in a Change Management role.

·        Professional certification (e.g., Prosci) in change management

·        Exemplary client service skills and ability to collaborate with people at all organizational levels.

·      Experience leading project teams through activities tailored to help stakeholders understand, adjust to, and adopt new practices, processes or tools.

·        Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity.

·        Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills that you can to tailor to the needs of the audience.

·        Strong consultative skills, including facilitation, issue identification and resolution, and problem solving. 

·   Proven experience authoring and delivering professional change plans including; sponsorship, people management, communications, training and resistance management plans.

·        Experience mentoring and coaching at all levels within an organization.


·        Experience working in a professional services consulting firm

·        Experience in the public and/or healthcare sectors
