From securing major events to responding to urgent service calls, you’ll be a vital part of our dynamic team. No two shifts are the same, and every assignment is an opportunity to grow your skills, face new challenges, and make a difference.</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Be the face of safety at major events, monitoring venues and ensuring protocols are followed.</li><li>Respond to on-call service requests when needed, demonstrating quick thinking and professionalism.</li><li>Stay alert and engaged, especially during night shifts.</li><li>Offer assistance in medical emergencies (basic first aid or CPR is a big plus!).</li><li>Adapt to the demands of the role – standing, sitting, walking, or lifting up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Handle situations calmly and effectively, using self-defense or force if necessary, in line with training and provincial regulations.</li><li>Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public and event organizers.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>You’re <strong>19 years or older</strong> – ready to take charge and take on responsibility.</li><li>You can <strong>obtain and maintain a New Brunswick Security License</strong> (we’ll guide you through the process).</li><li>You have <strong>access to a reliable vehicle</strong> – because security never sleeps, and neither do we.</li><li>You can stand for long periods and stay awake during night shifts – stamina and alertness are your superpowers.</li><li>You’re adaptable, reliable, and ready to step into any challenge.</li><li>Experience in security, event management, or customer service? Great!
