John’s and a terminal in Cambridge, ON, Hunt’s is positioned to services its clients in the construction, energy, industrial, and seasonal products sectors.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. Reporting to the Manager of Sales & Operations, the ideal candidate will bring a track record of sales success in the transportation and/or supply chain field, coupled with a dedication to exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:* Promote the full spectrum of services offered by Hunt’s Logistics and and strive to achieve the annual sales target by pursuing both new and existing sales opportunities.* Generate quotes adhering to company standards in rating, terms, and conditions.* Cultivate and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients.* Harness internal sales software to effectively manage opportunities and client data.Our Preferred Candidate Will Possess:* Demonstrated sales proficiency in the Transportation Industry, with expertise in trucking preferred but not required.* A forward-thinking mindset, capable of identifying innovative avenues for business expansion and sales enhancement.* Inherent self-motivation and a drive to surpass expectations.* A strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to follow-through.* A background in business and/or transportation/logistics is advantageous.* At least two years of sales experience within the transportation sector.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Hunt’s offers a competitive salary package, including an annual sales incentive, comprehensive health and dental benefits, shared RRSP contributions, on-the-job training, and ample opportunities for professional advancement.Hunt’s is an equal opportunity employer.
