Job Responsibilities: As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions to address them effectively. Your role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to meet client requirements and achieve revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, along with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.



This is a full time in person role located in Lindsay, Ontario (roughly 10% travel required). This position has an estimated base pay of $70,000 CAD with a 20% Commission that is not capped (unlimited earning potential based on sales).

Accounts & Project Management:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with medium to large accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic business initiatives.
  • Lead and manage customer projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Moniotor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales Director, Account Manager and Sales Development Rep to develop strategic account plans and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication sessions with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project status.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing accounts.

Tradeshows & Sales Visits:


  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows, conferences, and events within the region to promote products/services and generate solid leads.
  • Conduct sales visits to existing and potential clients to build relationships, identify opportunities and secure new business.


Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales representative to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and renewals.

Account Planning & Strategy:


  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase profitability, and foster long-term client loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for differentiation within assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and value propositions that address client needs and objectives.

Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction scores.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analysis for management highlighting account performance, trends, competitor activities and market demands and areas for improvement to effectively position our products.

General Expectations:


  • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies to provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
  • Ensure all training and safety requirement are followed through on consistently and by deadline.
  • Become an expert on all Holsag products and the other Mity Inc products that are applicable to the customers this role services.
  • Become efficient working with the CRM and NAV operating system and maintain thorough, accurate and organized records.
  • Consistently look at ways to add value and continuous improvements for Mity Inc/Holsag Canada Inc.
  • Take ownership in growing and developing personally and professionally.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development role.
  • Excellent track record of successfully managing medium to large sized projects and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Stragetic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and passport
  • Willing and able to travel within Canada and the U.S. as needed. (Roughly 10% Travel)
  • Experience in Senior Living and/or design considered an asset.
