<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Integrated Staffing is currently hiring a <strong>Shift Supervisor</strong> for our client in <strong>Saint John, NB. </strong>This position plays an important role in coordinating store operations, supporting management, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Your leadership will help maintain a positive work environment and contribute to reducing losses, maximizing sales, and promoting a high standard of service and professionalism.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide exceptional service to all guests and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Support store operations through sales, production, and merchandising tasks.</li><li>Supervise and direct team members during assigned shifts.</li><li>Open and close the store, including completing daily reports and balancing transactions.</li><li>Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer issues promptly.</li><li>Assist in onboarding, training, and monitoring new employees.</li><li>Maintain high standards in displays, promotions, marketing, and overall presentation.</li><li>Uphold company policies and ensure a safe and efficient workplace.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is an asset.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Must be flexible to work varying shifts:<ul><li>8:00am–4:30pm</li><li>9:30am–6:00pm</li><li>11:00am–7:30pm</li></ul></li><li>Steel toe boots required (uniform and safety vest provided).</li><li>Reliable, organized, and motivated to contribute to team success.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>REFER TALENT, GET REWARDED</strong></p><p>Know someone already working with Integrated Staffing?
