Job Description
<p><h3>Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab</h3><p>Electrophysiology Lab/Cardiac Catheterization Lab</p>
<p><b>Rotation/Shifts</b><br/>Days, evenings, nights, including weekends, 8 hour shifts. Must be available for standby and call back (nights) - 30 minutes return time to work.</p>
<h3>Basic Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Current Certificate of Competence in the Province of Ontario;</li>
<li>Current Cardiac catheterization laboratory experience;</li>
<li>Two (2) years Critical Care experience;</li>
<li>Completion of Critical Care course;</li>
<li>E.C.G. interpretation;</li>
<li>Current certification for B.C.L.S.;</li>
<li>Must be eligible to work in Canada.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>O.R. certification;</li>
<li>Current O.R. and C.O.R. experience;</li>
<li>Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).</li>
</ul>
<p>Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French- and English-speaking clients.</p>
