This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative settings, knows how to get the best out of people, and has experience steering complex projects from concept to completion.</p><p><br /><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><ul><li>Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of project professionals – including coordinators, estimators, drafters, and managers</li><li>Owning the flow of operations and ensuring smooth, efficient project execution from start to finish</li><li>Acting as the key point of contact for clients – providing regular updates, managing expectations, and fostering long-term trust</li><li>Overseeing estimates, quotes, invoicing, and administrative tasks with a sharp focus on accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring your team is aligned with client goals and service standards</li><li>Collaborating with sales, production, and support departments to deliver a seamless customer journey</li><li>Making sure no detail is missed, while always keeping the big picture in view</li></ul></p><p><ul><li><strong>Qualifications</strong></li><li>3-5 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a project-driven environment</li><li>5-7 years in manufacturing or construction project management is a major plus</li><li>A confident, decisive approach to team leadership and problem-solving</li><li>AutoCAD experience is an asset</li><li>Top-tier communication skills – written, spoken, and everything in between</li><li>Strong organizational chops and the ability to juggle multiple priorities like a pro</li><li>Proficiency in software tools; experience with SAP is a bonus but not a must</li><li>Ability to generate, analyze, and act on reports and data</li></ul><p><strong>Why This Role?</strong></p><p>Because you’re not looking for just another job.
