The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects under the guidance of the Project Manager. The Civil Construction Project Coordinator will support various aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and documentation management. Responsibilities also include liaising with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and assisting in implementing solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:<br><br></p><p>Project Team Support & Performance Tracking</p><ul><li>Support the Project Manager in leading and administering the daily huddle process.</li><li>Track project team requirements to meet key project deliverables and support the Project Manager in executing these requirements.</li><li>Update tracking metrics and present the information to the project team for analysis and adjustments.</li><li>Prepare break evens using the bid and Superintendent resource details.</li></ul><p><br />Project Coordination</p><ul><li>Help ensure the project is completed on time within client parameters.</li><li>Support the implementation of appropriate measures to mitigate project risks, and assist in the monitoring of schedule risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Support the project team to help ensure the required quality and quantity standards, including safety and environmental standards are met over the course of the project.<br><br></li></ul><p>Contract & Change Management Coordination<br /></p><ul><li>Support the administration of change orders, additional work opportunities, and presentation to the client.</li><li>Support the Project Manager to administer the contract.
