Help physicians offload clinical and non-clinical work that is not at the edge of their scope.</p><p><b>Technology-first</b> : Optimized EMR, AI-assisted documentation, e-consults, and virtual care to reduce admin and close care gaps.</p><p><b>Hub and spoke</b> : Centralized admin, billing, IT, analytics, and recruitment. Enables cross-coverage, lower overhead, and strong referral volume.</p><p>We are looking for physicians who are passionate about serving family practice patients, leading care teams and healthcare innovation. In addition to family practice, we are eager to bring on general practitioners with extra skills such as :</p><p><b>Breast-feeding</b></p><p><b>Geriatrics</b></p><p><b>Psychiatry</b></p><p><b>Surgery / minor procedures</b></p><p><b>Weight loss management</b></p><p>Residents are welcome to apply. International Medical Graduates (IMGs) who are family medicine certified from Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Ireland are encouraged to apply. Medical Director and site lead opportunities are available for the right candidates.</p><h3>About our clinics</h3><p>Coulee Medical Clinics are part of a multi-site primary care group serving more than 10,000 patients. Each clinic is a potential teaching site with residents and medical students, supported by NPs, RNs, LPNs, MOAs, and admin on a modern EMR with AI-enabled workflows. Centralized billing, IT, analytics, HR, and recruitment reduce overhead, enable cross-coverage, and strengthen referral volume.</p><p><b>Lethbridge clinic</b> :</p><p>Long-standing practice with more than 5,000 patients</p><p>Expanding footprint with added exam and procedure capacity</p><p>Staffed by team of MD’s, NP’s, LPN’s, MOA’s and receptionist</p><p>Med Access EMR, OceanMD for patient engagement, Tali AI scribe</p><p>In downtown Lethbridge, close to amenities and community services</p><p><b>Taber clinic</b> :</p><p>Long-standing practice with more than 5,000 patients</p><p>Brand new building, with allied health services on site</p><p>Staffed by team of MD’s, NP, RN, LPN, MOA’s and receptionists</p><p>Med Access EMR, Mikata for patient engagement, Mikata AI scribe</p><p>Located in Taber, across from the hospital and ED</p><p><b>Stirling clinic</b> :</p><ul><li>Aimed to be staffed by MD’s, NP’s, LPN’s and MOA’s</li><li>Med Access EMR, OceanMD for patient engagement, Tali AI scribe</li></ul><p>Located in Stirling, alongside the pharmacy</p><p>Newly proposed practice with opportunity to grow</p><p>Brand new building, with allied health services to be on site</p><h3>Role description</h3><p><b>Core responsibilities</b> :</p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive primary care across chronic, acute, preventive, and well visits in person, virtual, and via secure messaging with timely follow up.</li><li>Own a patient panel with continuity, accountability, and quality improvement; build or take over a panel; coordinate care between visits and with specialists.</li><li>Lead a team of NPs, RNs, LPNs, MOAs, and admin using huddles, protocols, EMR, and AI tools to deliver efficient, high-quality care.</li></ul><p><b>Additional opportunities</b> :</p><ul><li>Special interest consults and office procedures (e.g., dermatology, women’s health, MSK injections, POCUS if trained).</li><li>Procedural mentorship opportunities with numerous clinical procedures, including, but not limited to circumcision, vasectomy, lump and bump removal, surgical wart removal, IUD insertion, endometrial biopsy, opportunities to get involved in cosmetic practice with our sister company renew medical aesthetics and laser with medical and cosmetic Botox procedures, dermal, fillers, cosmetic, minor skin procedures.</li><li>Rural outreach or cross-site work. Hospital, urgent care, or ER shifts where privileges exist.</li><li>Clear progression to leadership or site lead. Ownership pathway with input on business, technology, and protocols.</li><li>Structured learning, and upskilling.
