<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to plant management, driving operational efficiency and cost control through financial insight.</li>
<li>Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement, supporting the development of actionable solutions.</li>
<li>Lead the creation, communication, and monitoring of plant-specific KPIs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Educate operations leaders on financial drivers and empower them to make informed decisions.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate accounting of inventory, capital assets, and operating costs.</li>
<li>Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with plant leadership.</li>
<li>Deliver timely and accurate financial projections to support strategic planning.</li>
<li>Conduct rigorous variance analysis and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports and reviews.</li>
<li>Champion capital planning, monitor project expenditures, and ensure timely asset capitalization.</li>
<li>Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making on spending and operational performance.</li>
<li>Support sector-level initiatives to improve business processes and financial outcomes.</li>
<li>Maintain a robust internal control environment to mitigate operational and financial risks.</li>
<li>Share best practices across the Packaging Group and contribute to a culture of financial excellence.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.</li>
<li>7-10 years of progressive experience in managerial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li>
<li>Strong background in variance analysis and cost accounting.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.</li>
<li>Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li>
<li>CPA designation is highly desirable.</li>
