In this role, you will work Monday through Friday and you will work rotational Saturdays.</p><p><strong>Why you Belong at Davis Chevrolet:</strong></p><p>• We offer competitive compensation and a robust benefit plan and coverage</p><p>• We have a Travel Reward Program so you can get away from work and travel on us!</p><p>• Industry-leading health and dental benefits and employer matched RRSP's so you and your family are covered</p><p>• A stable, family-owned business who takes pride in being involved in the community!</p><p>• Breakfast, lunch and snacks prepared at our in-house bistro by a red seal chef!</p><p>• We have regular employee gatherings such as BBQs, charity events and much more!</p><p>• Ongoing support and training and development opportunities</p><p>• Group wide employee pricing discount program on vehicles and parts</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting and locating required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner</p><p>• Order parts and provide information regarding parts, including their function, prices, application, and warranty</p><p>• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line</p><p>• Maintain effective communication with other <span >departments/individuals</span> in the dealership; keeping them informed the status of back-ordered or special order parts</p><p>• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts</p><p>• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure our employees make customer satisfaction a priority to create customer loyalty and generate referrals</p><p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Exceptional customer service and communication skills</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills</p><p>• Ability to work independently as a part of a team; managing multiple priorities in a busy environment</p><p>• A minimum of 2 years of previous parts experience in a parts department or automotive environment is preferred – bonus points for previous GM experience</p><p>• Red Seal Parts Certification is considered an asset</p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
