Equal opportunity employer.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Main Duties<br /></p><p>General cleaning for corporate clients, which includes:<br /></p><p>Cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas and washrooms and other areas as requested by the customer.<br /></p><p>Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and other areas.<br /></p><p>Sweep, mop, vacuum.<br /></p><p>Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas. <br /></p><p>Use of an auto scrubber.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Work Environment</b><br /></p><p>Fast passed environment with physical demands includes walking and standing, bending, crouching<br /></p><p><br /></p><br />Requirements<p>Legally able to obtain employment in Canada without sponsorship.<br /></p><p>Detail oriented.<br /></p><p> Friendly and Professional.<br /></p><p>Able to work successfully alone or in a team-oriented environment.<br /></p><p>Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities.<br /></p><p>Reasoning ability.<br /></p><p> Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.<br /></p><p>Identify potential safety or maintenance issues. <br /></p><p> Communicate them to your supervisor.<br /></p><p>Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks<br /></p><p> Use of products or supplies and incident reporting.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p> Language Skills<br /></p><p>Ability to communicate effectively in English <br /></p><p> Understand and follow directions in English.<br /></p><p><br /></p><br />Benefits<p>Competitive wages are paid twice monthly. <br /></p><p>Crystal Clean Maintenance has over 60 years of experience, employing over 150 full and part-time cleaners.
