<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We’re currently hiring coachable, motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our summer<strong> </strong>painting crew. As a Painter, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality work on a variety of residential painting projects, gaining valuable experience while working outdoors in a supportive, student-led environment.</p><hr /> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p> </p><ul><li><p><strong>Complete Interior, Exterior Painting and Deck Staining/Painting Projects</strong><br />Learn how to properly prep, paint/stain, and finish different surfaces, including wood, aluminum, drywall, stucco and more. You’ll gain full knowledge of industry-standard painting techniques and job site procedures. </p></li><li><p><strong>Travel to Various Job Sites</strong><br />Our projects take place throughout <strong>Bowmanville, Newcastle, and Courtice</strong>, so painters must be comfortable commuting between different homes and neighbourhoods throughout the summer as job sites will be different all summer long. Team transportation may be available depending on the day.</p></li><li><p><strong>Work Safely at Heights</strong><br />Many of our jobs involve multi-story homes, so painters will frequently be required to use<strong> </strong>ladders and other equipment. You’ll be trained in ladder safety and will be expected to follow all safety protocols on site to ensure a safe workplace. </p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain Job Site Quality & Cleanliness</strong><br />You’ll be expected to help keep every single worksite clean, organized and professional, as it will be a standard throughout the summer. </p></li><li><p><strong>Collaborate with a Positive, Hardworking Team</strong><br />Teamwork is essential!
