We offer a unique opportunity to design a practice that truly aligns with your personal and professional goals.</p><p><strong>Your Practice, Your Way</strong></p><p>You'll have the<strong>autonomy to determine your patient volumes</strong>, with our current physicians typically seeing<strong>18-24 outpatient follow-up patients per day</strong>. Your<strong>flexible work schedule can be designed to meet your individual needs</strong>, ensuring a sustainable pace and true work/life balance. While primarily an<strong>outpatient practice</strong>, there's an<strong>option to incorporate inpatient care if desired</strong>.</p><p>Our manageable<strong>call schedule will be 1:4</strong>, further supporting your personal time. You'll have the<strong>option to incorporate your special interests</strong>and<strong>participate in outreach</strong>, allowing you to diversify your practice and impact a broader community.</p><p>You'll benefit from excellent on-site resources, including an<strong>on-site sleep clinic</strong>and convenient access to<strong>MRI, X-RAY, and CT services</strong>within the QMG complex.
