Our mission is to transform health and care in the tri-state area through physician-directed, patient-focused medicine.</p><p>Beyond the practice, Quincy offers a charming, close-knit community that combines small-town living—short commutes, friendly neighbors, and affordable living—with the amenities of a larger city, including excellent schools, great restaurants, live music, and a vibrant arts scene.</p><p>Experience the difference at Quincy Medical Group, where you can thrive both professionally and personally!</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Well-respected team of 3 Neurologists.</li><li>Flexible work schedule that can be designed to meet personal and professional needs.</li><li>Outpatient practice; option to do inpatient if desired.</li><li>Call schedule to ensure work/life balance; will be 1:4.</li><li>Autonomy to determine patient volumes; physicians are seeing between 18-24 outpatient on follow-up days.</li><li>On-site sleep clinic, MRI/X-RAY/CT also located at the QMG complex.</li><li>Option to incorporate special interests and participate in outreach.</li><li>New outpatient state-of-the-art surgery center; Owned and operated by Quincy Medical Group.</li><li>Compensation package greater than the 75th percentile. Many physicians are over the 90th percentile.</li><li>Epic EHR.</li><li>Strong referral network.</li></ul><h3>We Offer</h3><ul><li>High earning potential with no cap</li><li>1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside</li><li>Eligible for production bonuses, sign-on, relocation, and loan forgiveness</li><li>401k with match (100% vested day one) and profit sharing</li><li>Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays</li><li>$2,500 CME allowance plus license and certification renewals</li><li>The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000-$425,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
