This is a regular full-time position located in Hamilton.

In this key role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through effective collaboration with the store team, sales representatives, and regional management.
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork across a large team.
• Lead recruitment, development, and motivation of team members, prioritizing their health and well-being.
• Oversee operations of a large team and coordinate the consolidation of multiple sites into a centralized facility.
• Manage store budgets strategically and implement initiatives to enhance financial performance.
• Ensure full compliance with operational processes and standards across both wholesale and retail sales channels.

To join our team, you need:

• A minimum of three years’ management experience with accountability for financial performance.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports and develop effective strategies to meet or exceed fiscal objectives.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

About the division

The Auto Parts Division specializes in the sale, distribution, and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. We have Canada's largest distribution network for vehicle replacement parts. Our divisions include NAPA Auto Parts, Altrom-Autocamping (import vehicle parts), and CMAX (paint and body supplies). We offer diverse roles to match various skills and aspirations.
