Join our team as a Millworker, where you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and installing millwork items to perfection.

Your responsibilities will include precise cutting, shaping, and manufacturing of various woodwork pieces in accordance with detailed drawings. Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery is essential, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. As a key member of our team, you’ll need to interpret blueprints accurately to bring designs to life. Additionally, physical strength is required, as you’ll be lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Don’t worry if you’re new to the role; a comprehensive orientation program will equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your position.

REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you’ll need CSA-approved steel-toed boots for safety compliance. While owning basic tools is beneficial, it’s not obligatory. However, having reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctuality and accessibility to job sites. Carpentry background is advantageous, though proficiency and experience in millwork are paramount. You must demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably, contributing to efficient workflow. Flexibility is key, as occasional evening and weekend availability may be required.
