As we expand into Victoria, we are building a team of professionals committed to compassionate, confidential, and high-quality care.</p><p><br /></p><p>Position Overview</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and preparing patients, managing appointments and follow-ups, and assisting physicians during procedures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and values teamwork, precision, and discretion.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Greet and check in patients, verifying demographics and ensuring all records are up to date in the EMR (InputHealth).</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments, including follow-ups and procedural coordination.</li><li>Maintain smooth patient flow, ensuring minimal wait times and a seamless experience.</li><li>Complete administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and handling forms.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare patients for minor surgical procedures, ensuring comfort and informed consent.</li><li>Assist physicians during procedures.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-operative education to patients.</li><li>Sterilize instruments and ensure surgical rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use.</li></ul><p>Team & Workflow Coordination</p><ul><li>Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members to ensure efficient workflows.</li><li>Communicate clearly on patient status, care coordination, and surgical support.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and the overall success of the Victoria clinic launch.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Surgical or clinical assisting experience is a strong asset.</li><li>Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality, compassionate care.</li></ul><p>Compensation & Benefits</p><ul><li>$30 per hour (permanent part-time)</li></ul></p></p>
