<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Mechanical Assembler I</p><p> <strong>Location:</strong> Airdrie, Canada</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>As a Mechanical Assembler I, you will play a key role in assembling and mounting mechanical components and sub-assemblies by following standard layouts, schematics, and customer drawing packages. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Assembling and mounting mechanical and sub-assembly components to build complete structures.</li><li>Assembling products with standard options by interpreting customer drawings and schematics.</li><li>Assembling products with non-standard options under the guidance of a more experienced Mechanical Assembler.</li><li>Completing required documentation and checklists accurately.</li><li>Delivering completed sub-assemblies to the appropriate production areas.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Production Manager, this position focuses on:</p><ul><li>Mounting basic mechanical components using standard layouts and options.</li><li>Performing sub-assembly tasks as needed.</li><li>Gaining and developing advanced mechanical skills under supervision.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with basic wiring schematic symbols is an asset.</li><li>Previous mechanical assembly experience is preferred but not required.</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
