What you’ll do : Manage and oversee the daily operations of the meat and seafood department, including inventory management, pricing, and ordering. Ensure that all meat and seafood products are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness and quality. Maintain a clean and organized department, following all health and safety guidelines. Train and supervise meat and seafood department staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and follow all departmental policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the meat and seafood department. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the meat and seafood department is integrated into the overall store operations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products, and make recommendations to improve the department’s offerings.
