<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>PTW is looking for a full-time <strong>Material Handler</strong> to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB! </p><p><strong> A Day in the Life... </strong>. </p><ul><li>Receives work order pre-pull materials list from Planner and coordinates inventory availability with Production and Procurement departments. </li><li>Processes all received shipments to ensure that materials meet purchase order specifications. </li><li>Receives and unloads parts, picks and packages products for fabrication and detail departments. </li><li>Ensure accuracy of received shipments by comparing the quantity and type of goods received to supporting documentation, such as waybills, packing slips, and purchase orders. </li><li>Provides team with complete information on items short shipped, over shipped, or damaged. </li><li>Notifies supervisor of irregularities and when stock reached re-order point. </li><li>Assists in performing cycle counts and physical inventory counts</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must possess a minimum of two year&#39;s of relevant work experience in a similar role.</li><li>Willing to work overtime as required </li><li>Experience with using and driving a forklift. </li><li>Proficient in identifying materials by dimensions (metric and imperial). </li><li>Experienced with proper rigging and overhead crane use an asset</li><li>Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team. </li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have CSA approved safety boots.</li><li>Forklift & Crane certification is an asset</li><li>WHMIS certification is an asset</li><li>Must be able to manually lift up to 50lbs</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>A Rewarding and Inclusive Place to Work</strong>:</p><p>Shaped through our core values of Passion, Care and Excellence, PTW Energy Services takes great pride in fostering a positive and supportive environment for all employees and we are dedicated to the growth and success of our team members.
