Manufacturing Team Leader
Location: Richmond Hill | Yarl Metal Fabrications
Yarl Metal Fabrications is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Team
Leader to drive production success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team across laser, brake press, welding, finishing, and assembly.
- Provide support and guidance with press brake set-ups & troubleshooting.
- Run daily huddles, ensure schedules are met, and maintain quality & safety.
- Coach and develop team members, driving continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years manufacturing experience (metal fabrication preferred).
- Solid knowledge of press brake forming; other fabrication processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings; ERP/Microsoft Office experience.
