<p><h3>Overview</h3>
<p>We are seeking a Corporate Manager of Maintenance and Engineering for a growing manufacturing organization. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing reliability through strategic engineering projects and maintenance programs.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage engineering projects, including new installations, facility upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and extend asset life.</li>
<li>Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture.</li>
<li>Develop and oversee engineering and maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards in all engineering and maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain an effective asset management program, including preventive maintenance schedules, equipment inspections, and spare parts inventory management.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data and analytics to identify areas for enhancement in engineering and maintenance processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with departments such as production, quality, and supply chain to optimize overall business performance.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering and maintenance to introduce innovative solutions.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance strategies, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).</li>
<li>Project management expertise, with a proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects from concept to completion.</li>
<li>Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.</li>
<li>Budget management experience with a strong focus on cost control and optimization.</li>
<li>Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to engineering and maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to address complex engineering and maintenance challenges.</li>
<li>Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple projects, ongoing issues, and future planning for installations.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) required. A Master’s degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in engineering and maintenance management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li>
