Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:
To support and maintain the site’s manufacturing process-related equipment. Responsible for overall site maintenance and preventive maintenance. Contributes and adheres to safety, environment, quality of the corporations, division, and location.
Consolidate all plant maintenance leads and input into a maintenance plan
Prioritize projects in the maintenance plan
Ensure availability of resources (skilled trades and/or contractors) and parts
Assign work orders
Track and report performance
Develop and maintain a tracking system
Vocational or college training/certificate/degree/license or equivalent is required.
Maintain Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Process
Ensure the availability of spare parts in the plant
Perform any other duties that may be assigned
Experience in manufacturing maintenance in a process industrial environment.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
This position will involve some weekend and on-call hours.
Liaison with outside contractors and carry out Site safety orientations, issue Safe work permits, and fill out Pre-task plans, and Job hazard assessments.

Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building qualities
5+ years of Maintenance supervisory in the automotive industry
Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, present information, influence others, and build credibility at all levels of the organization
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
