The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying generative AI solutions on the Azure platform, preferably in the automotive domain. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies and who can interface with cross functional teams to come up with unique solutions.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions using Python and Azure AI services.</li><li>Utilize Databricks components for data preparation, model training, and deployment.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.</li><li>Implement and optimize solutions using OpenAI-based models and large language models (LLMs).</li><li>Apply techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI in solution design.</li><li>Ensure best practices in model governance, performance, and security.</li><li>Work closely with teams across different time zones.</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to a team-oriented consulting environment.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>years of industry experience in machine learning and AI solution development.</li><li>At least years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.</li><li>Minimum years of hands-on experience in Generative AI development on Azure.</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python.</li><li>Experience with Azure AI services and Databricks is a must.</li><li>Experience in the automotive domain is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a consulting environment.</li><li>Team player comfortable working with distributed teams and offshore collaboration.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Requirements</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.</li><li>Experience developing and deploying GenAI solutions using OpenAI models on Azure.</li><li>Knowledge of RAG, large language models, and agentic AI frameworks.</li><li>Exposure to Agile methodologies and AI project delivery.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information / Must Have</h3><ul><li>AI Expérience</li><li>Automotive Electrical Domain Experience</li><li>Automation and Simulation Tools Experience</li></ul><p>Hybrid - ARDC and Remote</p><p>No Driving of a Client vehicle</p><p>No travel</p></p>
