As a valued member of our care team, you’ll experience a fulfilling career in a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative environment where your growth and well-being are prioritized. </p><p>We are currently hiring for a <strong>temporary</strong> Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at our <strong>Village at Mill Creek (VMC) community in Kelowna: </strong></p><p>Temp LPN | 0.87 FTE (approx. 32.75 hours/week) | Mixed Day & Evening Shifts </p><p>These roles are ideal for LPNs who are passionate about delivering person - centred care while working in a purpose-driven, team-based environment. </p><p><strong>About The Role </strong></p><p>As an LPN, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care that upholds the dignity and wellness of every resident. You will work closely with Registered Nurses, Care Aides, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. You understand the aging process and are skilled in supporting individuals living with chronic illness, dementia, and other complex conditions. You lead with empathy, advocate for resident wellness, and find joy in serving others. </p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits </strong></p><p>Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 - $41.35 as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
