You will work closely with Registered Nurses, Care Aides, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. You lead with empathy, advocate for resident wellness, and find joy in serving others. </p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits </strong></p><p>Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 - $41.35 as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
