Junior Bookkeeper

I am currently seeking a junior bookkeeper training will be provided to the right candidate . This position would be a great 9-2 position for a parent to work during school hours. Hours are flexible I currently am looking for someone for data entry and daily tasks. It will work into full time as soon as skills can be developed and workflow evolves and still have flexible hours around school. Qualifications required: General Computer Knowledge (Gmail, Chrome, Microsoft Products) Typing Speed of 45wpm or greater Other assets: Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Sage Online, Sage 50, Xero We work with all platforms and you will be trained on all but general knowledge of any would be beneficial to start. I work with the programs in great detail and all that they can do. Bookkeeping is a very detail oriented profession. There are no small mistakes as data entry can skew results and reports, accuracy is everything.
