Responsibilities:
Cutting and displaying of fresh beef, pork, and frozen poultry
Receiving, rotating, and storage of meat products
Assisting in keeping refrigerated cases and display shelves properly stocked and faced at all times
according to product movement and department standards
Cleaning and sanitizing the work area
Ensuring customer service is provided
Other work-related duties as assigned by Store Management. Qualifications: Commitment to Colemans Culture, Vision and, Values
Strong knowledge about various cuts of meat
Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with people
Ability to deliver the extraordinary service that is fundamental to Colemans Mission
