*Day-to-day Responsibilities*

The Inside Sales/Appoinment Setters’ duties include, but are not limited to:

* Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
* Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
* Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
* Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
* Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
* Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
* Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
* Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Minimum of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience working in the HVAC industry
* Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, such as sales or business administration is considered an asset
* Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills
* Strong written and spoken communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
* Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and stay motivated
* Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations professionally and make quick, effective decisions

Hours

The Inside Sales/Appoinment Setter will work Monday to Friday, 11am-7:30pm

Compensation

$40,000 + Commission
